Why buy the Vietnam eSIM with crypto

Frequently asked questions

Should I install it before I travel?

Yes, at home on Wi-Fi: installing needs internet. Switch it on when you land in Vietnam.

Does it come with a phone number?

No, it is data only. WhatsApp and other apps work over the data.

Which country will websites see me in?

Singapore, not Vietnam. Your data leaves the network through a gateway there, so websites and apps see an IP address in Singapore. Maps, messaging and browsing work as usual; a few local banking or streaming apps may treat you as abroad.

Will it work on my phone?

Your phone must be unlocked and support eSIM. Quick check: dial *#06#. If you see an EID, it does. A phone locked to one operator will not accept it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 30 days of purchase, as long as the eSIM has not been installed. Write to [email protected] with your order number and you get a full refund in USDT, USDC or store credit. Once installed, it cannot be refunded.

What if it does not connect?

Check that the eSIM line is on and set for mobile data, and turn on Data Roaming for it: travel eSIMs connect as roaming lines. Then turn Airplane Mode on and off. Still offline? Write to [email protected] with your order number and phone model, and keep the eSIM on the phone.
