The amount shown in your coin is the full price you pay. It includes our exchange-rate margin. A network cost applies only to USDT on Tron and to Monero, and checkout shows it before you choose.

If something goes wrong

If a code does not work at first redemption, arrives incomplete or never arrives, you can claim a refund within 30 days of purchase. You choose USDT on BNB Smart Chain or Solana, USDC on Solana, or Genghis Points, and the refund is processed 1 to 3 business days after approval. Write to [email protected] with your order number. Do I need to verify my identity to buy on Genghis?

No, Genghis asks only for an email address at checkout, with no identity documents. Purchase limits apply, and some prepaid card issuers may ask for ID when you activate the card.

How long does delivery take?

Your code appears on screen once your payment confirms on the network, so the wait depends on the coin. Networks such as Solana and Tron confirm sooner than Bitcoin.

Which cryptocurrencies does Genghis accept?

What if I send less than the amount shown?

An order paid short does not complete on its own. Write to [email protected] with your order number and a person on our team checks the payment.

What if my code does not work?

Write to [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and a screenshot. If the code fails at first redemption or the region on our page was wrong, you get the full value back in USDT, USDC or Genghis Points.
